Victor City Hall Historical Renovations
Victor, CO

This historical renovation of the city hall in Victor, CO included a complete interior office remodel. The hardwood floors were refinished, exterior brick refurbished, and the existing windows were retro-fitted with new thermal glass. New restrooms, elevator, HVAC, and electrical with historical fixes were added. Custom door trim was added to match the historical period of the 1900s.

 

 

Brown Hall Historical Renovation
Colorado School for the Deaf and Blind, Colorado Springs, CO

The historical renovation was a complete remodel of a 4-story, 28,000 sf building to create individual living quarters including bathroom and kitchen facilities. Complete new installation of HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, fire suppression, and card reader security systems were also aspects of this project
