This development project consisted of a 10-acre site to create a 5,000 sf recreation facility with pool, locker rooms, showers, concession area, observation area, and mechanical room. Development of a park, tennis and basketball courts, and softball and soccer fields were also aspects of this project. Landscaping included sprinkler irrigation system, sod trees, and various deciduous plants
Widefield Community Center Expansion Project
Widefield, CO
Development of a 22-acre site to create new regulation size softball/baseball fields, installation of roads and parking lots, and new site utilities. Landscaping included “cut-in” seating for athletic fields. The project also included a new restroom and storage facility with all associated utilities.
ADAL Fitness
U.S. Air Force Academy, Colorado Springs, CO
This project was a 20,000 sf addition and remodel to the current gymnasium. The project included new construction of locker rooms, aerobics training room, and administrative offices. Remodeling included the existing fitness center, existing locker room, and weight training room.
Community Center Gymnasium

Renovation of existing gym included new ceilings, mezzanines, locker rooms and weight rooms. This project also needed to mirror the look and feel of the ADAL Fitness Facility.
